1. You may terminate your account without penalty by ceasing to use the service. However in the event that you wish to remove the domain to another service provider account,we will charge you an administration fee to effect the transfer, currently £40.00 (exclusive of VAT charged at the prevailing rate, currently 20%). We will endeavor to process all transfers on which the administration fee has been paid within 3-4 working days. All unpaid bills must be settled prior to transfer.
2. For the purposes of administration of the domain name you agree to appoint us as your representative to complete the formalities with Nominet UK and to deal with Nominet UK on your behalf for the duration of our agreement; accordingly all your dealings with Nominet UK must be through us. When we register your domain name a record of ownership will be available to the public on the register maintained by Nominet UK. You must not intentionally ask us to register a domain name that infringes the rights of any other person and there can be no guarantee that your choice of domain name will be available. When the domain name is registered in your name you will also be subject to the terms and conditions of Nominet UK which are available for inspection at http://www.nic.uk/ref/terms.html.
3. You agree to be bound by the Nominet UK Dispute Resolution service in the event that any other party claims to be entitled to the domain name you have registered.
4.A full set of terms and conditions will accompany any formal tender to carry out any web site design or hosting agreement.
5. Payment is requested within 10 working days from date of invoice. Late payment or exceeding the terms agreed/laid out in any invoice will result in loss of any service and/or loss of discount currently 30% excluding VAT at the prevailing rate.
6.We are not responsible for the content of any Web Site other than our own. We will not be responsible to you for any loss or damage that you suffer by using the service. We would particularly point out that you should be careful when giving your credit or debit card details to third parties over the Internet.
7.You are responsible for the confidentiality of your username and password and must immediately notify us if you become aware that someone is making unauthorised use of them.
